BY PHONE – We are happy to take orders by phone for orders deliverable worldwide.

BANK WIRE – We are happy to accept payment through bank wire. Please email us with your name, address and telephone number together with product codes, names and quantities required. We will email you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for the bank wire purpose.

Receipt of Order Confirmation
You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact info@skyparasols.com so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

Pricing
Prices are ex-works, which means shipping charges are not including. All shipping charges are calculated in real-time based on the weight of your order and your location. You will need to proceed through check out to calculate accurate shipping rates and delivery times. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Any customs or import duties, taxes levied once the goods reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

We ship anywhere in the world. When we process your order for shipment, you will receive a confirmation via email. Delivery confirmation or tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Orders are usually shipped out within two business days after complete processing, however, due to fluctuations in demand and supply quantities, orders can take several weeks to ship. Orders Returned to Sender/Undelivered
Please check for accuracy when entering your shipping address. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery may require a reshipping fee of equal or less than the original shipping cost of the order. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you promptly and arrange for your order to be reshipped.

Reproduction
Garg International takes the utmost care to ensure that product information and colors are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic process, goods may not be exactly the same color as shown.

Product Information
Garg International do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, handmade from natural materials and hand-finished, slight variations in color and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make such high quality products. All products shown are subject to availability.

Returns Policy
Return of any merchandise is not permitted without prior approval and must be notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the product(s).

Defective or misshaped merchandise will be replaced.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for any product returned that is not defective or not misshaped.

Returns must be shipped prepaid freight.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Custom duty, taxes etc paid are not refundable.

Custom orders, and items that have been used, dirty, or altered or otherwise damaged/modified by the customer will NOT be accepted for refund or replacement.

We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products (with a completed returns form) reach us within 28 days. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in.

Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish within 3 working days of date of order.

Custom orders can not be canceled.
